Monica and her colleagues provide organisational management services across the nation and to neighbouring countries.
Monica is a gifted facilitator and works well with people at all levels – executives, boards, senior managers, local residents, middle management, staff and project managers.
MRC is the Australian based partner for CoachingOurselves, a self-paced management development program for building teams around the world.

Monica was a founding member of make stuff happen and continues to work with us on numerous projects, including the successful CAVAL Horizon Executive Library Leadership program in 2008/09.

NSF Consulting

Natalie Fisher is the principal of NSF Consulting.
Natalie is a highly experienced market research and evaluation specialist. She has extensive experience in designing, conducting and analysing research and evaluation projects across a range of industries, including the visual arts, museum, environmental, business, ageing, disability and human services sectors.
Natalie’s ability to draw out key findings from complex evaluation and research projects, wins accolades from clients.
Her clear reports and ability to communicate complex findings to multiple audiences, have seen many of her recommendations put into action.
Annie Talvé from make stuff happen has worked on the NSF Consulting team on a number of evaluation projects including Museums Australia (Victoria) Regional Exhibition Touring Initiative, Parramatta and Auburn City Council’s Business Needs Assessment, and the National Capital Exhibition renewal masterplan.
